TERMS AND CONDITIONS
FOR ENTERING THE PRIZE DRAW “POSSIBILITY TO WIN PACKS OF VITAMIN WELL AND LSKD ACTIVEWEAR!” (a partnership between Vitamin Well and LSKD)
The company arranging this prize draw (hereinafter the “Prize Draw”) is Vitamin Well Ltd, company no. 10821384, VAT no. 285398941, registered in England and Wales, located at 3rd Floor, 8-10 Charterhouse Buildings, London, EC1M 7AN, UK (the “Company”). Contact: [email protected], telephone 02038907561. By entering into the Prize Draw, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
This Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, promoted, or administered by Instagram.
How to enter the Prize Draw:
- You must scan the QR code provided on promotional materials. This will take you to a form on the Vitamin Well website https://www.vitaminwell.com/workperk requesting you to provide your personal details.
- You must complete and submit the form.
The terms and conditions for participation:
- To participate, you must be 18 years of age or older and a UK resident.
- Proof of sending an entry shall not constitute proof of receipt. Entries that are not received, incomplete, illegible, or delayed will not be accepted.
- No purchase or payment is required to enter the Prize Draw.
- The Prize Draw opens on 18th November 2024 and closes on Friday, 13th December 2024, ending at 23:59 GMT.
- In total, six individuals will be selected as winners. One individual will win the main prize while the remaining five individuals will win the secondary prize.
- You may only participate once in the Prize Draw, and you can only win a prize once. Anyone attempting to circumvent this condition by using alternative details will be disqualified. No bulk, consumer group or third party entries will be accepted.
- The winners will be selected by way of a random draw using a computerised process on 16th December 2024, conducted by independent employees of the Company. Any decisions taken by the Company in connection to the Prize Draw are final and cannot be appealed or otherwise challenged.
- The winners will be informed personally by the Company via email at the latest on 16th December 2024, through the email addresses as registered in the entry form. If a winner cannot be contacted, is unavailable, or has not claimed their prize before 23:59 GMT on 21st December 2024, the prize will be considered forfeited by the winner, and the Company may select another winner.
- For transparency, the Company may publicly announce the winners (e.g., name, username on social media). Please notify us if you object to such disclosure.
- The Company will deliver the prize to the winners at the Company’s cost. Prizes will only be delivered to an address in the UK. The Company is not liable for any costs you may have in relation to the Prize Draw. Instructions for delivery of the prize within the UK will be included in the email sent to the winners notifying each winner about the win. The winner must reply to the instruction email with the necessary delivery details, in order for the Company to be able to deliver the prize. If a winner has not provided the necessary delivery details by 23:59 GMT on 21st December 2024, the prize will be forfeited by the winner, and the Company may select another winner.
- The prize is personal (tied to the winner) and cannot be transferred to another person.
- The prize is not redeemable for cash or other goods.
- The winners are liable for paying tax (if any) related to the receipt of the prize.
- Any products included in the prize may not be used for resale.
- The Company reserves the right to disqualify entrants acting fraudulently, illegally, or in breach of these terms and conditions.
- Employees of the Company, or any company within the Company’s company group, or relatives to such employees, may not participate in the Prize Draw.
- By entering the Prize Draw, all entrants acknowledge that their personal data will be processed by the Company solely for the purpose of administering this Prize Draw, including for the purpose of contacting winning entrants. - The Company does not guarantee the quality or functioning of the prize (other than what follows from legal requirements and these terms and conditions).
- Participation in the Prize Draw and acceptance of any prize are at each winner’s own risk and the winners are responsible for their own safety when using a prize. If a prize, or part of a prize, is one or more products, you are responsible for determining whether you can consume the products included in that prize. Always
- read the label on any product you have won before using or consuming it. Please consult your doctor before using or consuming any product.
- The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever, except for death or personal injury caused by the Company’s negligence, arising out of the administration of the Prize Draw, or out of the winner’s or any third parties’ enjoyment of the prizes. The Company’s liability for any other loss or damage is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Company reserves the right to replace entire prizes or prize components with prizes of equal or greater value.
- The Prize Draw may be cancelled or postponed if a force majeure event occurs or if Company has such a right in accordance with applicable laws. For the purposes of this section, a force majeure event means any cause beyond the control of the Company, including, but not limited to, acts of God, flood, drought, earthquake, storm, fire, lightning, epidemic, war, riot, civil disturbance or disobedience, labor dispute, shortage of labor or materials, sabotage, acts of the public enemy, explosions, orders, regulations or restrictions imposed by legally established governmental, pandemic, military or civil authorities, which, in any of the above cases, by the exercise of due diligence, the Company could not reasonably have been expected to avoid and/or overcome.
- The laws of England and Wales apply to these terms and conditions.

One (1) winner wins a prize as follows: six 12-packs of Vitamin Well drinks (i.e. a total of 72 Vitamin Well units) and one (1) LSKD hoodie (https://us.lskd.co/products/unisex-mvp-hoodie-oversize-black) and one (1) pair of LSKD track pants (https://us.lskd.co/products/mens-mvp-track-pants-black or https://us.lskd.co/products/womens-mvp-trackpants-black-black) (LSKD offers sizes ranging from 2XS to 3XL but specific size and color options are subject to LSKD’s stock availability online) as well as (1) a 3-pack of LSKD socks (one size). Nothing other than what is stated here is included in the prize. The value of the prize is approximately GBP £433.
Secondary prize:
Five (5) winner wins a prize as follows: two 12-packs of Vitamin Well drinks (i.e. a total of 24 Vitamin Well units) as well as one (1) pair of LSKD socks (one size) (https://us.lskd.co/products/daily-3-pack-crew-sock-white). Nothing other than what is stated here is included in the prize. The value of the prize is approximately GBP £65 .
